Contact Us link is not working

Can this be looked into anytime soon please? This issue has been going on for months.

There hasn't been any reports of it as yet, so the devs probably dont know of it

Can we have the URL of your forum
Can you tell us more, is it the submit button isn't submitting?
Have you tried another browser, or location?
Is it just your forum?

Thanks again Darren for your reply. When you click on the Contact Us link on my forum or any, the reply dialogue form doesn't come up and it goes right back to the home page.

Might just be a browser issue, try another browser too.

It's not a browser issue or a cache issue. Try it yourselves here or on your own forums. It's your forum's address with /contact.forum at the end of the address. This forum's contact us link is www.help.forumotion.com/contact.forum

Ah ok,I understand now

Because of a URL Change a few years ago, that specific link is no longer working - remove the '.forum' and it should work
For example:
http://testorial.forumotion.com/contact
Because the contact form is not available of the support forum, it will not work.
Although, oddly it seems to work on my test forum


Make sure the contact form is enabled
