Contact page and Legal page is not working

Hi, I need assistance to fix why the contact and legal pages on my https://family.pureheart.page forum is not working.

Here are the steps that I have done so far.

1. re-enabled
   
2. saved
   
3. logged out
   
4. deleted forum cookies
   
5. closed browser
   
6. nothing.
   

I have also tried to reset the templates and restore a backup of an old skin. Nothing works.

I have a premium package and it was working with the premium before.

Also, when I try to change my email, the systems says that I have an invalid email address. I think my forum's back-end or database is really messed up now.

you can use the edit button, instead

with the premium package you have the right to remove the forumotion copyrights so just read this tutorial

Yes, I"m a premium package and I am not using any code to hide the items
Also, I removed "copyrights" with my premium package but that is not going to effect this issue as I have, in the past, enabled "remove copyrights" but have seen my contact and legal page working.

Interesting situation - the instructions for the premium package specify only two links that remain after the package is connected -> forum version and Report an abuse.



After activating the function, you can access the following link? This is a link to the contact form page.
https://family.goodforum.net/contact

Through the developer tools I don't see that this button is somehow hidden by code. It's just not there.

Probably need @Luzz or @The Godfather help

are the fields empty there ? you can add the contact form if you like

I think this behavior is caused by lack of activity on the forum. Your forum has 0 activity points.

This is a blocking of the page aimed at limiting the waves of spam currently. Indeed, we had had a lot of complaints from inactive forum owners who were receiving spam messages via the contact page.

However, I need to check with the technical team to confirm this information.

judging by my visit counter, when there was spam, the guests did not enter the forum, their window automatically opens a contact form, probably in an iframe, in a program
