Want to delete my board

Hello. I want to remove my board in .hotgoo.net domain. Forum is inactive for 4 years. I know my username, and my first email adress, but i dont know my password, and i dont know which email is active for this board.
I can sent to anyone of moderators personal ID, scaned driver license, everything to delete my old board.
Can somebody help me with this?

And then - Administration Panel => General => Forum => Forum Deletion.
