I wasn't attempting to have a go or force the reviewer to make a decision I was merely asking as it states above that the latest date for completion was yesterday. I'm not happy that you think I was pushing for a response.

I don't understand the need to come across so harshly to users, it was purely a question.

If it was still before the LATEST date for completion as posted by reviewer I wouldn't have even asked. I understand the reviewers are volunteers and i really do appreciate what they do.

I think as the post from the reviewer quite clearly states that the latest date for completion was yesterday, it's a valid question for me as an adult to ask.

I'm not happy that your quick to have a go at me, when you can clearly see the date has passed and I would have hoped could understand why I would ask.

If it was going to take longer than the date originally posted, perhaps reviewers could update the original timing they placed on topic.


If this is the way users of the help forum are treated for what I see as a purely valid question, I doubt I will be using it again.

Sorry if I misunderstood your question, but if you'll completely read the rules, you are not allowed to post or even bump your request unless separated by 72 hour period from your last post.

Also, that is just an estimated date if it's passed meaning the staff member doesn't have the time to complete it with the date specified, we also have outside lives here and who knows it might be an urgent situation on Empire's side and we're not here to be forced to work on your requests, all you have to do is wait since this is a free service. If you followed the rules of this section, you won't be reminded for this.

Please close this request for a review, I apologise to the reviewer for anytime wasted but I'm totally dissapointed in the comments made and being accused of forcing the reviewer to make a decision.

I don't agree with the wording of your comment I think the reviewer if unable to complete by the time showed could update the request. For a help forum I don't expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner.
