how to add moderators to sections

how to add moderators to sections ?

General>Categories and Forums
Click on a forum name
Permissions tab
Change the permissions for moderator group to moderate.

what about if i wanted there names to show up on sections example

east
west (mod name)
south
midwest

Users & groups>Search users
Click on the username
Permissions tab
Check is moderator for specific forums.
Save.


Then do this.
Display>Structure & hierarchy
Display forum moderators :Yes
Save.
