Solved Members Can't Register Because Names are Always "Taken"

Post by InnerSolace Sun 6 May - 2:57

For some reason, the people trying to register on my website can't do so because it keeps saying their desired usernames are already taken. This is not the case, as there is no one on my forum with usernames matching the ones they are trying to register with. One of the people tried registering with more than one name, and it was still giving her the same message.

Here's a screenshot that one of the users took:

    Forum version: Invision.

Site URL: http://tokucraze.forumotion.com/ (Providing it in case anyone was going to ask for it.)

Is there some sort of setting in the administration panel I could have set up wrong?
