Hello there I just created a new forum and I have three members, however now when people try to join it says that "administrators have disabled any new members from joining" or something like that. I have searched around in the administrator control panel and I haven't found a way to fix this! Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you, I just tried that and it still says that "administrators have forbidden new members" so now what can I do. I went were you led me, it was already enabled but i pressed save just to make sure. . .is there a way someone can do it for me? Again, thank you so much, I feel really nooby and stupid right now. XD
