Need A Halloween Theme For a Forum

Hi guys My name is Dimitar im 16 and i have but a small knowledge of how to make a forum so i was wondering if any of you fine fellows would be as nice as to help me with my forum?Id want it to look a bit of something like this(if you are free to make the forum for me pls feel free to do so...). https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img804/1482/halloween0901.png .Thank you for your time helping me and pls if any1 would be interested in helping me and my mates to improve the forum during their spare time that would be awesome cause i see stuff like custom made chats if we could have something like that it would be great!Anyways im thankfull to all of you and i hope my lets call it ''a dream'' of having my own web page would come true.Untill then im going to keep trying to do it myself so if you feel like you want to help but dont have the time pls give me some advice.
