    Hello,

    Please provide a link to your forum. Also, Did you happen to mess out with the templates and any other codes on your forum? Please check that here:
    Admin panel > Display > Templates > Check if there are published templates and delete them Delete

    Only the founder has access to it, make sure the founder didn't messed up with the templates. When did this happen? Please provide the forum link too.

    Administration Panel > Display > Templates

    It is under the Avatars one.
    Also make sure you are in the advanced mode.

    Did you try deleting all the published/modified templates? Delete See if it will fix the issue.
