    Our new form when opening a topic

    Dear members,

    While creating a topic you will now have a new form to fill out that will help you give all the necessary information. This form will help Forumotion staff to have all information to provide you with the best support. It is not mandatory but it will make our work easier!

    Our new form when opening a topic Captur55

    The more information we have, the faster you will get your answers Wink This form works perfectly on the French support. I would like to thank @Ange Tuteur for working very hard on this form and reshaping it for the English Support Forum.

    Don't worry, it is very easy to use and you just have to follow and complete the requested fields!

    Are you guys going to share the way you achieved this? I would love to have this integrated into my forum. That way I don't have to pay zendesk stacks of money to license me a support ticket software. Cheers for the feature though.

    and im thinking to just if FM shared a something like this system but the whole project

    This was made by the staff over @ the French support forum and it is not just some thing that is in the data centre we have picked to use it and change a thing or two with the help of @Ange Tuteur
    it would have to be asked by the pro admin of each support forum then they will have to re-code it to there own language like we did here
