Slow Forum...

My forum has been really slow recently. I try and navigate ant sometimes it will take around 30 seconds to load a page. Other times it won't low the page and my browser will say ''Connection lost'' or ''Took too long to respond''.

It is not my browser, I have tried all Internet Explorer, Chrome, and my default, FireFox and this didn't solve the problem. It also isn't my internet connection as other pages load in seconds.

What's going on, it used to load fine?
