New Admin member cannot see admin panel.

I have made a friend Admin on my forum along with myself , the problem is the other Admin cannot see the Administration Panel at the bottom of the main page , so cannot log in ? . I have tried her passwords to gain entry and I do not have the admin panel at the bottom of the page to log in when using her password. Is it that I need to click something in permissions ?

She is using a Inspiron 620 I am using a mac G5.

Try adding her via Panel, not through the Legend. If not, after your domain add, /admin

So:

www.forum'slink.com/admin

Edit: Are you able to view the Admin Panel, in your account? What browser is she using?
