How can I make my moderators see the basket?

Hello,

Do you mean your moderators can't see the basket forum? Have you checked on your forum permissions if they are able to 'view & read it' for the moderator group?

Where do you find the forum permissions?

ACP >> General >> forums and categories >>

You can find it here:
Admin Panel > General > Categories & Forum > Click the permissions button for the basket forum :
Make sure the 'View & Read' box is checked for the moderators
> Save
