Completed Requesting Flashing PM New button

If its possible, I have the the blank button I would just like the New PM part to flash, or a link to where I may be able to create one myself..

Oops, Embarassed I posted the wrong size, if you could do the same for this one..
I would very much appreciate it.

Just for your info,
You need to use the Graphic Commander when you do a request or your request could be refused.. Smile
