Broken Forum

Hello im having issues with my forum, the previous admin after some minor issues decided to turn the forum over to me, the problem is that after he handed me the password to access the owner panel he got very angry due to an issue between him and some members and deleted the forum. i revived the forum using the admin panel but it cleared all of the admins and mods of their power except for the previous owner who then proceeded to delete the forum again and i brought it back once more. the forum claims all of the mods and admins are in their proper groups but we no longer have power and i cannot take over as head administrator. before this issue we tried deleting his account but it did not work so we were to attempt the removal through inactivity but he would not stop logging on to the admin account. so now i am left with a rather broken site that i cannot repair and clean up unless i am able to take head admin-ship. any assistance would be appreciated, in the meantime we have a back up forum we are using till either the matter is resolved or we can transfer every single item to a new forum.

Thats a way to get a password reset.

The forum belonged to the owner, if he has decided to delete it. There is nothing we can do about it.

Never mind i managed to get access to the previous owners account through the Utility panel. Thank you for the help
