New Topic Broken on my forum

Tell Me How
To Fix my New Topic Button
Because if i click it
it cant ...

Example:
i already post
& Ill make New post so i can easily post
But i cant Click it..

i dont want to be doing like this
Click home and click again the categories to post

Would you mind telling me how to fix it

Try Post in my Forum Categories
& If you already post
Click the New Post button

& Nothing will change its not redirecting it.....

do you know how to fix it ..

Try refreshing the page or clearing the browsers' cache. This is a small bug that sometimes occurs to either my BBcode buttons or the buttons. I have no idea why? But after clearing my browsers' cache, it works fine.
