Default Text Size and Color

I am new to forum creation and cannot figure out how to change the default color of the forum posts. I am using the phpBB3 (prosilver) skin which has the Space Photo with the Earth in the background. My delima is that text in each forum is displayed in a grey-ish white color that is difficult to read. For posts that I creat or respond to, I change my font to Bold and Yellow before I post and it is easier to read. I am looking for a way to change all default text to a more reader friendly font, size and color.
