How to link to final post of a thread?

Hi guys.

When you click on the link to the last post of a thread, on the far right of the screen, it takes you to the 1st page of that thread, is there a way that it can take you to the final page which contains the latest / newest post instead?

Any help would be appreciated.

Display>pics management
Advanced mode
Mini-Icons Tab
Last post link :Add a image URL there.

Once the image is there, when you click on it; it will take you to the last post.
