Viewing current passwords

Is there a way that I can view my forum users' current passwords? Thanks.

No sorry the password is security for your members you have no right to see this info at any time.

What?!?! No of course not, that's an infringement of their rights and something completely private. Even if you had database access they get hashed and encrypted when entered into the database.

Then all you need to do us change it to anything in the admin panel and then tell him what you changed it too. He can then log on an change it to whatever he likes.
