i dont know if this belongs here or somewhere else but i got this problem that the buttons above the text box looks like this

posting buttons Serud

one of my friends forums looks like this

posting buttons Vilgerneseud

can i mak emine looks like this too? if yes how?

Yes. Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this option "Activate extended message editor" and choose Yes then click on Save.
