The support forum banner is 835 X 158 it would be smaller.

Here see for yourself this is the actual template for the support forum banner i removed the graphic and inserted your banner.

New Idea: Could you remove the background and just keep the text and Images

I did that, but when i upload the PNG file for some reason it adds a white,grey or black background color to it. if you want to PM me your email i can email it to you.

Akkii, i agree with you, the information should be included in the initial request. Once it is completed , it should be marked complete. If changes need to be made to the banner (or request) work with the person who designed the banner (or request) to make the changes.

Whew.. Glad to hear it.. Don't know why imgServ adds colors to the PNG files when i upload them they should be transparent. As long as it all worked out. Good luck with the board. Please mark complete if its all done.
