Making category headers not in caps lock

The titles for my categories are automatically display in all caps.



Even though in the admin panel it is written regular:



How do I make it normal looking

This looks like you have a code placed in your CSS

i think i had the same thing on my forum if i find the code i will post it for you
EDIT:
Look for this code in your CSS and remove it
