Hi, you need to activate your thanks button in the admin panel for it to show up. Here's a tutorial on how to do so: https://help.forumotion.com/t38434-reputation-system-evaluation-thanks-button
The thanks button will show up if:
=> You have it activated
=> There is an image for it
=> You are the topic creator and that there are replies in the topic from other members
