Hi today ive bought 10 Credits with 20 euro Paysafecard Nehterlands ,
Now ive got an code On my email wich says i need to use it its an acces code
Where do i fill this code .... i cant find it anywhere i feel scammed like hell..
Me and my Bro still waiting for answer.

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management > Buy/Obtain Credits
Press the Allopass button and enter the code.

Thats not even possible.
I already paid it
I clicked the button > Changed langeuge into Dutch > Paysafecard > putten The paysafecard codes > Now i got that email and thats it no credits...

cant anyone help me with Teamvieuwer or something srsly i feel so damn scammed..

Well you really need to contact Allopass as Forumotion cannot do anything. Yes I know you already contacted them but I think you should really try again and explain fully your issue. As I don't think forumotion can help you with this kind of stuff.

I conntacted Them , also You guys shoudlt refund me or else Give me the credit Points i got all prove that i paid .....

Well , I clickdt on Buy and Optain Credits, Then I pickdt Paysafecard And filled my codes , And then i had a email with an code but i dont know where to fill it

I used Alopas , And i picked out Paysafecard .
Its Cards u buy with money on it , avaible in stores

When you click on Paysafecard, you have 2 options :

1. Obtain a code

2. Fill a code in

Have you tried to fill the code in this second field ?

kinda but i still feel scammed lol i thought 1 euro is 1 Code 1 code = 100 points , But 2 euro is 100 points lawl waste of 20 euro -.-
