Where can I see CSS Empty Where can I see CSS

hello,

I want to have a blinking group legends, but the problem is idk where should I put it?
any steps where/how can I do it?

I used this :

a[href="g1-administrators"] {
background: url("https://i.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif");

Hi,

Go to: Display~>Colors~>CSS Stylesheet

Make sure the code starts with "} and ends with "}"
Simply add that code up top and you should be good.
