Is there somewhere to view admin actions that mods/admins have taken? For example, if a topic was moved from one forum to another, is there a way to see who did it?

do u mean some moderator move the topic and you want to know who did that and what he did!

If yes go to Admin>>General>>Security>>Moderator (or Admin)
