Online picture is not showing on the forum index please help

I just uploaded a picture to my online statistics table, it says it is there but it is not on the forum index i even resized the picture to the smallest i could get it and it still doesn't show can you please tell me what i did wrong or if i need to do anything to make it show?

So when you added the image here Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management (Advanced Mode)[General/Index Tab], it did not appear?
