forum address keeps changing

Hi. Could you please help me. Our forum address keeps chaning. One day it is ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com and the next it is ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com

Its becomming a problem as we have to keep changing DNS record..please help Sad

I believe ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com that was your old address & it redirects to the new address ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com

is there a way to make sure that this address wont change again. that it will stay on ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com? because 2 days ago it automatically changed back to the old address?

I don't think it can change to that address. It will stay onto the new address thats present in the admin panel. If it happens again, you can make a thread about it immediately.
