my forum address has changed yet again?

Why does this keep happening?

What has it changed to? Please explain more.

My forum address keeps changing automatically. One day its: ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com and the next it is ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com. I want it to stay on highbb.com (what can cause it to keep changing? As I don't change in I'm my admin panel)

You have configurated a personalized domain name (an external one) so this domain name ourpreciousmoments.net is actually redirected to your forum's URL http://ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com/ .

This forum : ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com doesn't exist, so when someone is trying to get this address, our system automatically redirects it to the most similar URL. In this case, it's yours.

I understand what you are saying but let me explain in detail:

Last night www.ourpreciousmoments.net was working fine, it directed me to the forum (highbb)
This morning when I tried again, it did not work, www.ourpreciousmoments.net did not take me to my forum, but to a forumotion page that said that the domain does not exist.
So then I went to ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com and it worked (the address that technically is not supposed to exist) .. I logged in with my admin password and went to the administration panel and then suddenly it says my forum address is ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com but I have to configure my personilized domsin name again because it was gone

I can't configure my personalized domain name every day. And why would this keep happening, it seems to happen every 24 hours. Could it maybe be that oirpreciousmoments.forumotion.com is not deleted and keeps setting as a default address? I don't know but its giving me nightmares! Pls help, thank u

No, there's a confusion.
ourpreciousmoments.forumotion.com has never existed and your problem has nothing to do with this URL. I remind that this address redirects to your forum only because the URL is similar to your real and only basic URL ourpreciousmoments.highbb.com .

Well, so you say that your domain name is removed each 24 hours ? That's not normal and that was the problem.
In fact, before purchase your new domain name somewhere else, you had a Forumotion domain name : ourpreciousmoments.org .
You let it expire but it has never been really dissociated from your forum, that's why your external domain name was removed from the configuration after each update of our system (every nights).
