This have probably been asked before, and i believe i did too around sometime when i started.

But i want the possiblity to give someone (e.g an graphic designer) rights to the administrator panel, but that person should not have full access and in that case only access to "display -> Pics management".

And yes that was just an example of what i wanted to do with it. The idea is general.

I like this Idea. For example, the Head Moderator or Manager, what so ever has access to IP ban and unban and so on. Deduct points & other certain things. Voted yes.
