Like about video games or movies

for example i want to make a forum about video games and everything about them.

like for a playStation section and every list of possible games involved with PlayStation games online.

Not a piracy forum i'm asking about.

people would share photos and opinions on they're fav ps2 game.

Would a person get a lawsuit without asking Sony PlaySation permission to make such a forum?

If its just discussion & photos[which you have authority to publish], don't think you need to worry about it.
