Like I wanna design a forum only for video game photography appropriate ones.

And Will the company Sony, Capcom, Konami, Atari and so on

Sue the person for making a forum of video game photography?

I could say "All Credits go to the people who designed this awesome video game, I am not saying I created It or designed the games"

And I could list all the people who made the game, saying these are the creators of the game, I only generate photos of video game walk through and game plays just to add them to a forum only.

You should take the prior permission of the authors. Thats the best way.

What If There Is not a way of getting a hold of the authors? and tried to email them no luck and most of the authors keep there email private.

So what do I do then?

You don't need to worry about taking pictures of the video game. You own the image they own the video game. It's like taking picture of a sculpture or a building... You don't have to contact the owner of the building.
