    i need to transfer my domain, i tried to contact leeloo but its been a whole day with no response......i need this asap!!

    7 hours flys by still no response from ANYONE?? what kind of support is this. i just paid a bunch of money for a vbulletin and i just want my domain name so i can get it set up, my forumotion forum has been up for about 30-35 days i think, if i cant transfer it could you delete it so i can buy it again from someone else?

    I don't think you can transfer domains. Cause once one is taken, you can't transfer it.

    you can transfer domains, i just need the epp code, i paid for it i should have rights to do what i want with it,i can see getting a back up of the database to transfer my members and forums to be a diff story, because i didnt buy that, but yea you can transfer.

    I've received your PM but I'm not at the office on weekends.
    All the staff is here to help you but I'm the only one who's able to do a transfer because I'm the only pro admin here.

    I suggest you to be more patient next time.

    Then, if you've read correctly the following link help.forumotion.com/t105014-remove-transfer-a-personalized-domain-name
    you should know that you've to wait 90 days after the date of the purchase to be able to send a transfer request.

    So please send your request again after this delay.

    It isn't necessary to have more than one pro admin, we have a great volunteer staff and, usually, members are patient enough Smile
