Domain Name Transfer (Can't PM)

I used to have a domain name and am trying to get it back, but it's saying it's in use. I've checked, and it's not.

1. Domain name to transfer: otakubeats.net
2. Name + first name + address + email you provided when you purchased your domain name: Dont post email addresses on a public forum.
3. Base URL of the forum: http://nexusbeach.forumotion.com
4. Founder email address of the forum: OtakuBeats (previously NexusBeach)
5. URL of the thread about your request, if you have opened one: This one.

otakubeats.net That domain is not there on forumotion. I guess it has already expired.

So if you use it once and don't renew straight away, you can't have it again?

Domains brought from Forumotion are valid for a year, after which they need to be renewed. If not renewed, the domain name expires.

So shouldn't that mean I can buy it again? Which is what I've been trying to do, but it's telling me it's not available (eventhough I've checked to see if anyone else is using it, and they're not).

I have reported the problem to Leeloo, we need to wait for her response now.
