    Solved Pre-made moderation messages

    On this forum it appears that moderators can post pre-made messages for moderation, like

    "Topic Solved & Locked".

    Often these have pretty tables and graphics and what not.

    Am I right about this? Are these pre-made? If so, how can I add them as options for mods in my own forum?
