Forum restore not working properly

Today I accidentally reset my forum theme, and I was wondering how to restore it.

I found this doing a quick google search, and the same thing is happening to me.

I tried to restore my forum at earlier date, but nothing happens.
I have my email and creator password but every time i pick the right option for backup type and date after submit the thing redirect me to the same window again, which is to enter my email and password again, instead to redirect me to my forum link as it is described in step 5. from this tutorial https://help.forumotion.com/t9692-the-utilities-backup-and-restore

Step 5

Once you have chosen your date and time, click submit and wait. A new page will come up telling you the modifications have been done (the restore) and has a link back to your forum. Click the link and make sure your restoration has been done.



Actually nothing happens.

*I tried with wrong password just to check does the software recognize wrong entry or not,and i got the Red message, which tells me that my password is ok

Somebody please help me out here, I am at a loss.

Choose the latest restore date.

I did, and nothing happened. In the quoted part of my op, it does exactly that. Just goes back to the login screen.

Hello,

Did you choose "Theme only" back up and restore it to the chosen date?

Also, can you try other browsers or clearing your browser's cache?

I tried 3 different browsers as well as trying theme backup and full restore. No matter what it redirects me to the login page.

Why don't you reinstall the skin again from hitskin.com ?

I have tried, and for whatever reason it doesnt look right. The header buttons are spaced apart and i cannot figure out how to change it unless i change the board to phbb3, amomgst other things.

Is it that the skin is bugged? Link of that skin on hitskin.com & your forum url?
