sidebar question Empty sidebar question

Hey!
I'd like a question. I have a sidebar for one of my forums, and I'd just like to ask a question.

So I have a picture on my sidebar, and what happens if I want to hover over the picture, and make a menu appear out of it. And in that menu I could link to various other topics in the board and if I click on one of the links.
