put code in css...now entire sight dark on dark

Sig gave me a code to hopefully to fix my dark on dark poll issue.

Now my entire forum is screwed up...everything on my forum has gone dark on dark like the poll i s

so i deleted the code he gave me to hopefully fix it and it did not change it back..

so i put it back hopeing it would revert......still didnt fix

the entire site isssed up...dark on dark unreadable and in over my head
it also slightly changed a few of the admin /moderation buttons but i dont think an issue right now as can really see them anyway.

so i am in tears...exhausted and at my wits end.now have a new forum that no one even me can see to read....and not techy enough to fix this mess

Can you first reinstall the skin if you think something is wrong with it being displayed.
Then please tell us, what exactly do you want to change.

that restored it back...and i stopped crying lol...old and did not grow up with puter so some techy issues are way over head.. but learn by crash and burn


forum back to normal but still have the make a poll issue. and the Thanks/like/points problem with no buttons for anyone but me admin i think another coding issue as well.

the poll itself works great.
problem is the forum is dark grey and the text on poll is black so cannot read i t.
what i needed was the text on polls only turned white or yellow or something so a poll can be read.

doing codes is over my techy head

looks like all the issues i have left on new forum at this time require 3 coding things done all over my head.

but main cant see forum and shifted is fixed..............thanks again I am hugging you right now.
