Is there a way to delete the post made by a member with out deleting their account or will I have to do it one post at a time? any help will be great.

You cannot do a mass delete of all of someones postings even if you delete there account. Deleting an account will not remove the posts. So consequently you must manually delete unwanted post one at a time.
