Why thus members in forum can delete there own post?can someone help me? i want to remove it.I only want is only admin and moderators can delete it,so that we can see if they post spam in each section.

This is most likely because you've allowed them to do so via permissions.
Head to: Admin panel >> General > Categories & Forums > Hit the X/b]Tick [/b]> And disallow members to delete posts > Save.
Repeat for all forums.

You press the X/Tick
It's next to the O and change the permissions then
