Converting forum to RSS feed

Ok... I've been searching for this all over the internet I can't find anything even if it was to save my life! What can I use to make a category in my forum an RSS feed? I mean, how can I convert a part of my forum into RSS format?

That link says page cannot be displayed?
How do you enable rss?

What i was actually hoping was that i could have a feed from a certain website that updates in my forum at regular intervals? I hope you know what i mean?

Ohh I get it now. I'm using this http://www.springwidgets.com/express/getFeed/ to generate teh rss box. But the titles dont link to actual topics and how can I feed from a cretain forum? I tried putting /rss at the end and it wont work. For example, https://help.forumotion.com/other-problems-f46/rss

Hi.
I am looking exactly to this problem. Feeds !
I found here, I can have the forum rss feed. Thanks for that:D
Now, I looking for 2 feeds. They are for 2 different boards in the same forum.
Any good soul to put hands on this ??

(Widgets are useful, but is any self scroll one to get this feeds in?.)
