I deleted all my forums but it shows that I have posted 887 Post
It show's the same on my co owners account, it still says that he has 278 Post

You should have deleted the threads in a forum instead of deleting the forum directly.
Try if this sorts anything.
General>Forum>Configuration
Resynchronize your forum :Check the box
Save.
