1. If someone has access to photoshop, can someone make a picture like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in the color black then insert it as the background of the banner. If not, just change that color black, resize it to 980x230 and use that as the background instead.
2. Remove the background from the other pictures and add them into areas as you see fit. I think i resized them to the correct width and height but if they need to be resized more then do it.
3. I am very sorry for the messiness. Thank you in advance.

You spelled "Dual" wrong (should be duel), and I can see a little bit of the old background on that picture on the right. Can you fix that up? Also this was my old banner before i decided I wanted to change it, so you can get some inspiration from this:
