the page won't load. Empty the page won't load.

Hi, I have a problem. I start registering in a forum, I agree the conditions, I put my name, my email and my password; I confirm my password and I write the captcha code. Then I must hit the "save". I hit it: it doesn't load the next page. Can you help me, please?
