Try going to:

1) ACP.
2) Advanced mode.
3) Display tab.
4) Statistics box.
5) Forum Statistics.
6) Authorizations: who's allowed to view the statistics online: Registered users.

I went to.

ACP > Display > Headers & Navigation > Then I modified the rights
