when i upload the picture for my forum it turns it from GIF to JPG and the animated glow doesnt work can u help me?

That's ServImg for ya.. That's why i have to put it up on Photobucket.

You might have to host it at another site like Photobucket or any free photo hosting site and copy the link from them.
