why do my forum posts normally get erased whenever it gets close to 55 pages

Please what could be the problem? Each time my post reaches 50 to 55 pages, it will cut and start from page 15 and whenever it reaches 50 to 55 again, it will cut and start somewhere from the middle of the pages? All post that was there at the beginning of that topic will be lost except the new ones. What could be the problem please?

Are you saying that the posts IN YOUR FORUMS/TOPICS get removed once it reaches 50 to 55 posts?

exactly what you mean. My forum is a very large one and 990 messages is just a matter of days. How do i solve this?

The topic is split automatically, but the posts are not lost just the topic was split. Look on your forum in the same topics list and you should see another topic with the same title, a "part 2", although it won't say "part 2", just another topic with the same topic title.
