My forum moderator has tried posting once logged in but can't. I did change his password and post as him from my pc to see if I had the same problem and I didn't. I was able to post as him successfully. So I suspect the problem is with his pc.

He recently had a repair on it after getting a virus and problem may have arisen since that fix.

I have so far told him to:

clear his cache and cookies
ensure the forum url is added to his safe list
to ensure pc date and time settings are correct

anything else?

What does it exactly tell your friend once he tries posting? Or it just redirects back to the forum and his post does not appear?

A user on my forum had the same problem, he fixed it by just clearing his caches. He may need to use a different browser because I noticed in some cases Google Chrome tends to act up.

Does this problem persist for that user now?
