For this can I have any copyright problems if I pick any song from youtube?

No, its youtube's problem. If youtube or the person who uploaded deletes the file it will no longer play. Also, they could disable embedding, so it wouldn't play either.

Is there script that makes a - + button next to it so you can minimize the player?

I'm not sure about the seamless player I think the player itself would need such an option to minimize it. However its possible to put a YouTube video in a spoiler so it will be hidden until the spoiler link is clicked.
