How To Create 'Pages'?

I would be grateful if someone could guide me as to how to create pages on my forum, such as 'Episodes' , 'Memorabilia' and 'Guestbook'. These sections appear at the top of the forum in the nav bar, and when I try to create one, and click preview forum, and click on the link to the page in the nav bar, it says' you can return to the index'. Is there a section of the admin panel where you can create such pages and decide the content, the images and the overall layout. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
